Question 1

Is it safe to buy FC coins?

Accepted Answer

Buying coins is against EA's terms of service, so no seller can honestly promise zero risk. We keep the process transparent: the delivery requirements are shown before you pay, delivery goes through the in-game transfer market, and your FUTCO.IN account can be protected with two-factor authentication.

Question 2

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the amount and on activity in the transfer market. After you submit your in-game nickname, your order page shows the current status, and our team updates it as the delivery progresses.

Question 3

Which payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

The available payment methods are shown at checkout, together with the full price, before you pay. Payment is processed by our payment provider: we never ask for card details on our own pages.

Question 4

What if my order is delayed?

Accepted Answer

Contact our support from your order page or with the support button on the site, and we will tell you where your delivery stands. If we cannot deliver your order, we refund it.

Question 5

Which platforms do you support?

Accepted Answer

FC 27 coins for:
PlayStation (PS5 / PS4)
Xbox (Series X|S / One)
PC
PlayStation and Xbox share one console price; PC coins are priced separately.

Question 6

What is Comfort Delivery?

Accepted Answer

Comfort Delivery is our guided delivery method. Before delivery you need:
an unlocked Web App or Companion App transfer market
at least 5,000 coins in your club
at least 3 free slots in your Transfer List
After payment you enter your in-game nickname, and our team delivers the coins to your club.

Question 7

Can I get banned for buying coins?

Accepted Answer

EA does not allow buying coins, so some risk always remains, and anyone promising a 0% ban rate is not telling the truth. To keep it low, meet the requirements shown before delivery and never share your EA account password with anyone, including us.

Question 8

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If we cannot deliver your order, we refund it. See our Refund Policy for details, or contact support if something goes wrong.

Question 9

How is the price calculated?

Accepted Answer

Our server calculates the price from current market data for your platform and coin amount. If a volume discount applies, it is already included. You see the full amount before checkout, and the server checks the price again when you pay.
