Common Delivery Issues
While the vast majority of orders are completed smoothly, occasional delays can occur. Understanding why and knowing what to do will help resolve any issues quickly.
Why Orders Get Delayed
1. Server Maintenance
EA periodically takes servers offline for maintenance, usually on Tuesday mornings. During these windows, no trades can be processed. Check EA's server status page if your order seems stuck.
2. Market Congestion
During major promos (TOTY, TOTS, Black Friday), the transfer market experiences heavy traffic. This can slow down coin delivery as sellers navigate crowded markets and compete for card listings.
3. Verification Holds
For security purposes, first-time orders or unusually large orders may undergo additional verification. This typically adds 15-30 minutes to delivery time.
What to Do If Your Order Is Delayed
- Check your order status— sign in to your FUTCO.IN account and open your order
- Contact support— use the support button on the site or on your order page
- Don't panic-trade— avoid making additional purchases or trades on your account while a delivery is in progress
- Check your email— we send updates to your registered email if any action is needed from your side
If We Cannot Deliver
If we cannot deliver your order, we refund it. Delivery time depends on the amount and on the transfer market, and your order page shows the current status.
